Your shipping options for Jambé are UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).
We offer shipping via UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS). Your shipping options will appear during cart checkout. We ship to every location that UPS and the USPS offer, including Alaska and Hawaii, and international destinations. We ship from California, USA, and your estimated business days to delivery are: West Coast 1-3 days, Central USA 3-5 days, East Coast 5-7 days.
We ship to most countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Australia via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are based on package weight and your destination. Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 7-14 business days (but not guaranteed). Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you’re asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS and do not mark up shipping costs.
Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which Sensorpoint, Inc. cannot be responsible. Please note that your country may have import restrictions on certain items so we recommend that you research before placing your order. If an item is not allowed into your country, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the product or the shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge.
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore we offer a 30-day return policy. Contact our web sales department for return instructions, by sending E-mail to email@example.com. You are responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our warehouse location, and make sure to insure the shipment for the full value amount. Please do not return product without contacting our web sales department first, so that we can be ready for your returned shipment and credit you properly.
